Ordered my food at the drive through at 18:36 It is now 6:50 was given the wrong order had to scream to get someone's attention to notify them and now I'm still waiting for our food. Can't complain about the service because there is NO service!

We ordered 2×beef wacky wednesdays today ,after driving 20kms back home,we opened to find chicken burgers which we had not ordered and what makes it worse is the fact that this is not the first incident where we get the wrong order, I guess this is why steers always takes our receipts back so that we dont have proof. I am very very unhappy about the customer service and something needs to be done before I report them to ombudsman.

Worst service ever!!!!Waited more than 1 hour for my order. Definitely not worth it.When I complained to the manager he brushed it offNot impressed staff not friendlyNever will i ever go there and i will tell all my friends family and clients not to come here.Disgusted!

If your business hours is from 6... and i want to order...at 06h20 dont tell me you are not open yet... rather make your business hours from 7 then... and worst customer service from the manager.... rather just close the shop rather...

Absolutely disgusted with the service I received tonight from steers shell garage Newcastle. Placed my order at 18:07 (30/06/2021), after waiting patiently and seeing/hearing other people complaining, I then only realized how long I have been waiting. I had to start raising my voice to get service, overall I waited for an hour and 40min for my order. Best of all was the hygiene of the staff, we are in level 4 lockdown and staff members not wearing their masks properly...I counted only one person working with food wearing gloves, the rest preparing food with no PPE.

Just bought Wacky Wednesdays. 1 person before me when I ordered and no one else in the queue. I ordered. Then more people entered and ordered, got their food and left and so it carried on. I waited 45 minutes for my 2x Wacky Wednesdays and it was not the first time!! No place to sit, you just have to stand and wait and wait

Dont ever order the double rack 600g" rib and expect to receive 600g from them.I received only a single rack and ended up paying R200 for which I was told is a 420g rib

One of the worst Steers restaurants. Extremely slow when ordering in store and food is almost always cold. When ordering on-line for delivery it takes hours to deliver and their own call center can't get hold of anyone at the store. 10 May 2023 and the service is even worse. 4 of us are standing in the Online Collection queue. NO HELP, all staff are ignoring us. I asked for the manager, 20min and still he is a no show. Then the order I placed 3 hrs ago to be ready by 40min ago is not even done yet. If even the manager is so useless, no wonder the service is non existent. Last time i will ever use this restaurant.

This steers is very slow and poor service i ordered at 6:00pm on this night 30/06/2021and it is now 8:33pm and have yet not received my order .... people are going to start non supporting this bad restuarant!!! Verry dirty inside given the Covid circumstances. EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE:(........ is now 9:25 pm still no food .......... we never received our food last night ..... patetic ...serves......
