Jozi Kitchens Randpark Ridge
Jozi Kitchens renovated our kitchen earlier this year and overall the work was good and staff friendly.The reason for my rating and review is however based on how they dealt with a problem we noticed 5 months after the installation.In the past we had contractors that as soon as there were issues, problems or warranty claims the communication and service changed and the working relationship became unpleasant or strained.This is not the case with Jozi Kitchens. When we approached them with the problem we had found their quality of service, communication and friendliness of staff did not change, in fact they went out of their way to assist in resolving the problem as quickly as possible with no additional cost to us.For this reason we highly recommended Jozi Kitchens.
