Their service is phenomenal! Their prices are great too!Due to their above-average services and well priced gas, they’re popularity can have you wait in a long line on a busy day. Thankfully they have an online platform where you have the come to your house to replace your gas for you.

A really great way to get all your gas essentials or just your gas refilled. Quick and easy with helpful staff, readily waiting to assist you. In a hurry? Drop off your gas bottle and collect it at a later stage, just make sure you collect before closing time.

You have to pay ahead but they fail to deliver. The delivery scheduled was not honoured, then emails not answered and phone calls not returned.TERRIBLE service! Now for the mission to try and get my payment back!

Not sure how else to get your attention. Once I get some assistance I will change my rating. I have phoned 4 times now during the last half an hour and all 4 times the phone has rung off as someone tries putting me through to someone else. I just had an employee walk over with a 14kg cylinder to be re-gassed. She came back with the bottle saying that you do not refill 14kgs. We got this cylinder from you guys a year or 2 ago, so will appreciate if someone can please assist.

Worst service I have EVER experienced!!! I paid R500, R300 for the bottle of gas, R200 EXTRA for same day delivery!!! After a week, they still have not delivered my gas and no one have contacted me. So I contacted them and asked for a refund. Needless to say, 2 weeks later, still no refund. And they call me once a week to check if I have received my delivery yet. It's actually a joke. Don't be fooled by their querky website talk, save yourself a lot of extra money and effort, and go get your gas refilled somewhere else.

Ordered on Thursday 2x 19kg Gas for delivery on Friday. Waited till 8pm, no delivery, only to get at call at 9pm to ask if they could deliver. They didn't even deliver on Saturday after promising it will be delivered before 8pm. Its Sunday, when making this post. Still no gas! Useless service. There's plenty other competitors that are more reliable at the same price.

Ordered and paid online. Delivery was confirmed with a date. That day came and went, no delivery. Phoned the next day and was told would investigate and return my call, nothing.Next day received an email wit new date, nothing. At 7 that evening I at least got a phone call to say it will be the next day.Third delivery day I received it....will NEVER use the service again

Absolutely unreliable and unprofessional. I ordered gas on a Saturday for delivery. Communication was sent that it will be delivered during the week. I received an email that my delivery will happen on Wednesday between 8am and 6pm. Worked from home that day so I could receive the order - Waited and waited, no delivery, and worse, no communication from company. I sent an email to follow up and received no feedback. Next day (Thursday), I called the company and spoke to a lady named Pertunia who told me that the gas will be delivered the same day, but she can’t give me an ETA. Same thing, I waited and waited - in the afternoon, I got a call from same lady saying that they are running behind schedule and would like to know if they can deliver the next day (Friday). Ended up cancelling the order. 5 days after and having to wait so long to get my delivery for a gas heater in the beginning of winter.Absolutely terrible service! Take your money somewhere else.

One star is too much!I will NEVER use them again for any so called ‘service’ again!They used to have a lady Martie who was excellent at her work but unfortunately no longer works there.I approached them again due to the service I used to receive from Martie but now, not a chance!From trying to get a quote for a new 48kg gas bottle from them for 2 days where I had to speak to different people who promised to email me which didn’t happen, to me having to call them the whole time to follow up. When we finally received it, their link to pay online didn’t work. I called the office and left a message for ‘Ashely’ to call me back which would happen and after 1.5 hours I had to call in again as he didn’t bother to.After finally being able to pay, might I add with a next day delivery fee applied, I was to receive the bottle the next day as we had a gas geyser installation which had to occur and we needed this bottle. I had to call in to follow up where the bottle was as I hadt recieved any comms from them stating it was on the way (which I used to when I had gas on tap with them). I was told it would be delivered with the 2nd load that afternoon. Then I had to call in again and was told by Lizelle that the bottles had run out but she assured me that it would be there today 9:30 latest and would make that note on the system as well. My next day delivery fee would also be refunded. I called in at 9:45 today as no bottle received. Another lady at Lizelle's department promised to call me back within 7 minutes, which also didnt happen. I called in 20 minutes later and finally was able to get hold of Lizelle who I insisted on speaking to. Needless to say, she would also follow up with the driver and call me back shortly. Another 20 minutes later with no feedback, I called in again and I was told that she couldn't give me feedback as she was waiting for the driver to give her feedback. I told her to atleast call me and let me know that this was better than just keeping quite. I requested a refund. I called in to escalate this situation with a GM but I was told that there was a sales manager Adriaan who I could liaise with. I asked to be put through to him but was told that he directed me to speak to HR! From all the shocking reviews on Hello Peter and my personal experience, I would never recommend them. Their Director/s needs to start realizing what goes on and do something about it.

I have been a loyal customers for over 3yrs. I bought gas and all of a sudden they failed to deliver to my place. I called a number of times to follow up and had to eventually drive there to request a refund. On arrival i waited 40min to get assistance. The service changed overnight and I would not recommend it to anyone.
