The Kove Collection

We love the Kove collection of restaurants and dine in their various restaurants at least 1-2 times per week. Good quality food, good service. HOWEVER, their music is intrusive, repetitive and just does not fit in some of their restaurants like Bilboa. The owner maintains strict control over the volume so that managers cannot respond to the multiple requests from various tables to turn down the thump

Racism and colourism, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to any of Kove Collection restaurants

We have visited The Bungalow often because of the venue, but price increases lately is outrageous. A seafood platter for 1 costs R700 and it is nothing spectacular. When we complained about the prices, we were told it costs R1 million to rent the place. That is not the customer's problem. Quite honestly, we will never return to The Bungalow, or any restaurant in The Kove Collection, and we will tell this story to all our friends who visit from Europe.

Two excellent Restaurants with Paranga and Zenzero. Especially for sun-downers, the views over Camps Bay beach are stunning. The food is of high quality and the service is professional and friendly. The whole ambient is classy but relaxing.Pity that they hardly ever honor their loyalty program!

They police black women on what to wear. I wouldn’t recommend any of their restaurants. My friends and I were turned back at two of their restaurants because we were “too provocative”. We were wearing summer dresses.

Brilliantly run, staff and service next level and the new Marly is a gem! A definite must for an experience not to be missed

Salmonella is no JOKE at Blanko, ConstantiaI was the guide whose client posted the review below on Trip Advisor and suffered similar symptoms as him.We both have had a terrible time recovering although his will take much longer.What is disappointing is the response from Kove Collection who having viewed the medical response a month ago, have done little but refer this to senior management.Posted on Trip Advisor 20 April 2023warning to other guestson January 27th 2023 at 18.30pm I dined with 4 of friends through 12 Apostles hotel in cape-town who made the reservation. Immediately an hour same evening i experienced food poisoning after which i was tested in London United kingdom it turned out to be salmonella, further salmonella side effect caused nerve damage in my right hand which going 2 months on i am still struggling with recovery of the nerve. another friend who had ho also experienced food poisoning as well had a delayed minor stroke 2 months on from salmonella.. Rotten chicken served was infected. Hope this serves as a warning to all other guests to check upon the poor hygiene of the restaurant as it is referred to as fine dinning.

The Cove Collection is outstanding. The decor, menu, staff, music, food is always on point. I have been sending guests to these venues for years and the feedback has always been ‘excellent experience’. Well done to this team for executing each and every venue with perfection ! Thank you for also always accommodating my team with help in the past years. We will always support the group:).
