The place is very run down and you can't even get too the lions properly too see them. There is not even boards on all the cages to see wat animals are on the cages. The animals looks a bit sad. There is quite a few empty cages with no animals. Entry was R50 for children And R 60 for adults. The play area is good for nothing and the braai and picnic area is very run down broken tables are just left there and not even removed. All the camps are overgrown with weeds and grass.Hope they do some serious maintenance on the place soon. What a waste of time and money

Nice place to visit for the day. There is a Braai spot where you can have a braai or a Pot. Great place fir the kids to play and feed the animals. I will definitely take my pot and stay for the whole day...

Absolutely disappointed !! The receptionist was friendly however it’s a total waste of money . The few animals that are there are definitely aren’t well looked after , the buildings aren’t very well maintained or kept clean . There is no water in the taps . We stayed for the lion feeding and to no surprise it wasn’t entertaining at all, the “keeper” didn’t give any information whatsoever he didn’t even bother to greet. Again I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone .

Animals very well looked after! 5 adolescent lions and 2 old lions. Really enjoyed our walk through the Park. There are some other smaller cats, monkeys and ostriches too.

Was very good, played with the monkeys, plus park has cheetahs, lamas, giraffe, tigers (white and normal) plus of course lions. Could buy food for ducks, rabbits, pony, donkeys and some of the other animals. Very reasonable price, and enjoyed the food. Animals looked well after and staff were very friendly and open. Kids loved it. Would definitely recommend.

The Lion Park
It was disappointingly small, looked like someone's backyard that had to make room for a couple of odd animals. It's a shame the place is closing, they had a good idea. So much potential that was not used.
