Staff are always friendly and ready to assist.The cakes, tarts, biscuits, etc. Are fantastic. The cheesecake is really awesome, great chocolate cakes and I've been known to drive there just for a millionaires shortbread!

If I could rate the staff alone it would be a 5 however the cake was really disappointing. Lemon cake. It was promised to be a moist cake with amazing icing however it was completely dry and could barely taste the icing.
