Worse pep ever they make u follow a queue to buy the pep paxi bag And make u go to another tell says the other till needs to use the scanner...what the point when it is done using a phone. The person assisting can't even read or spell when we show them the store it needs to go to...really try and improve the system something that should take 5 to 8 mins max at other peps stores takes over 20 mins as the person is not fully equipped to understand how to do their job...and as for the racial comments of the Zulu staff when we question them is even worse they speak in their own language thinking we don't know we are talking about them.
