Terrible. Just all round terrible. Lazy. Don't care about clients. Elize has been a terrible agent, my husband was previously with Desiree and she was fantastic. But Elize is really terrible. No inspections were done when my husband moved in and they were supposed to be done and now things that weren't him are being blamed on him.

Purchased a property through Just Property in 2018.Was my first purchase so didn't know the process 100%. The agent arranged the electrical compliance weeks after I took occupation of the house (not to mention the electrician was the previous tenant). Fast forwarding to now, I have sold the house only to realise I've actually never received the electrical compliance certificate with my title deeds and that the house was never electrically complaint whilst I owned it. Now I'm having to pay the cost that the previous owner should have paid.

I put in an offer on a property in St Francis, the Agent Jaco Pollard informed me that the seller accepted the offer, there were conditions to be met by the seller which he agreed to and I have numerous messages with regards this, today I get a message from the agent Jaco Pollard saying the seller has accepted another offer on the same property. Please can someone give me an explanation as to how this is possible and why the agent has misrepresented the company, the offer and is absolving himself from explaining why this has happened? I would like his agents no as I will be going to the estate agents board about this matter.

This agency has repeatedly placed the land which our house was built upon in the Lifestyle Estate (completed 15 months ago) for sale...we have written to them before several times. In light of this, it seems an attempt to obtain interest in this estate on false pretences. To do this more than once may demonstrate either dishonesty or incompetence. Beware.. !

Roof to my rented apartment has been leaking for over 3 months. Reported it 3 times, still no response at all. That’s very poor.
