Bought a fridge by a lady and when it was the last month to pay the lay by she called me very rude and asking where is the money as we told them we will pay the weekend. We have been called 3 times and asked if we can get the fridge by a closer house and home but no plan was made.Tried to call today and called 4 times no answer. I am disappointed at this moment

Worst experience buying furniture, firstly no stock so you have to wait for them to order and then pay for delivery. Once you do receive it in this instance a tv stand the box was clear opened before and most likely a return. No screws or fittings included and one door missing. Call the branch and you get placed on hold for 20 minutes thereafter you get promised a call back. Two days later no call back so you call and ask for the manager Elenaor who refused to give her surname and keeps handing the phone to someone else who you must explain everything over again, when you request to speak to her again she gets rude and drops the call on you. The sales lady I dealt with is Unathi Msutu I'm still waiting for feedback actually going to the branch today for a full refund.

Bought a cabinet from them got home it had missing pieces no doors no screws one of the pieces had a footprint on it I called the store and held on for 10 minutes dealt with a lady who didn't want to give her name we went to the store dealt with Katlego Mokau who says we have attitudes waited another 10 minutes and a bit for assistance. House and home East Rand Mall never again.

The manager was rude saying that I can't afford anything in the store then asked me impolitely to leave

Im very disappointed as my kid intered house and home, looking for furniture on my behalf and sending me prices. 10 minutes later the manager rudely chased them out and complained about being in her store for half an hour, let alone with the comment are you paying with check or saving otherwise go to the clothing store cause you clearly can't afford to buy anything.""

I had a problem with a stove I bought at the store and the manager constantly called to check if the repairs personnel had arrived. The matter was attend to with urgency. Thank you

I bought a gas heater online and went to fetch it yesterday. When I arrived at home and opened the box, the gas heater had clearly been used so they sold me a second hand heater. I will go there today to get my refund or a brand new gas heater. I am extremely disappointed with their service.
