Try the sunday 8:30 class. It's a killer, 1.5 hours of pure sweat! If you hate going to the gim and counting your reps then this is for you. The inhouse dj plays the best beats amd each station is assisted by a trainer showing you what exercise to perform .

Very unprofessional manager of this gym, we encountered a very rude instructor, the training room got flooded after rains in Cape Town as the building looks dilapidated. I would not recommend any professional person training at this place

Went here one morning while on vacation. It’s great they offer your first class free but the workout wasn’t very challenging. Barely broke a sweat after one hour.

High intensity, full body workout That combines functional exercises and cardio. You workout at your own level, but at a fast pace. Instructors are helpful, but are quite busy throughout the workout due to the pace. So, this is better suited to individuals that are comfortable with workout routines/techniques, and that have at least an average level of fitness.Otherwise the atmosphere is amazing with a live DJ and you’ll be surrounded with fitness enthusiasts.Membership/fees are rather pricey compared to conventional gyms - but you’ll definitely see results.
