Great wedding venue. Plenty of space with a old farm style feel. Cable cart entry for newly weds a must ;-) nice big hall for big weddings. Great food. Service was awesome:-)

This a beautiful wedding venue with ooen deck surrounded by bush. Vinal wall can be closed. The all round feel is that of a farm. The main hall is well looked after and enough space to dance in. Very unique wooden pathways to guide you to the different buildings.

I was not very fond of the place. If you prefere a rustic venue, its not bad. The chappel was lovely, nestled between the trees, on the banks of a river.The bar was very exspensive where a 500ml water cost R20 and a shot of passionfruit cordial a further R 20.There were NO NON ALCOHOLIC options available at the bar, nor were ther any fruitjuice.So if you do not drink, this is deffinitly not the place for you.When we were there, the kitchen (which forms part of the reception hall) constantly interrupted the proceedings due to excessive noise.I can appreciate what they have tried to do there but in my opinion, they could have done a lot better with basic effort.I am not sure about the venue costs but if they are affordable, I think it would be a good budget option.

We were married here on the 26th of September with a small ceremony. What an amazing day and experience. The venue is gorgeous and Marelize, the coordinator, will go to great lengths to ensure that everything goes according to plan. She even baked our wedding cake and it was the best cake I've ever had. The food was delicious and every element was perfect. Thank you so much for making my day so special.

Well planned venue worth checking out if you are planning a wedding. Wheelchair accessible parking and entrance. Some interesting spots to take photos for that special occasion.

What a beautiful venue, from first sight we knew we wanted to get married here. However on the wedding there was a few things that we were unhappy with.1. Matric learners running the bar, had different prices everytime my dad wanted to buy drinks. The groom and other guests had to wait 10-15min before being served. Glasses were not enough.2. The DJ's sound was not what was expected. He was given song requests beforehand which was not all played. The sound system itself can be improved.3. The cable car did not work, it had to be pushed by a staff member and we were only told this when we got on it to make our entrance.4. The bridalroom did not have warm water, some guests smelled gas during the function and informed the manager on duty, but nothing was done about this, only the next morning.5. Some guests did not have salt on their table and when they asked the staff only helped one of them.6. On our final meeting we noticed the chairs in the main hall is not very stable, maybe some maintenance can be done.7. We waited way longer than a month for our deposit to be paid back.Coming from the hospitality sector and having my qualification in hospitality management, I think this venue have a lot of potential to be one of the best, just few points that can be given attention to.On a positive note Marelize and the event coördinator was very friendly and always ready to assist.

Gracefalls is an exceptional venue especially in executing one’s special day. The venue is beyond beautiful...Each and every staff member is a treasure. They are all organised and take so much pride in what they do.The food at the venue is delicious! So many guests complimented it.The waiters and barmen are very efficient. There's enough parking. The venue is clean and neat. Would definitely recommend it!

We held our wedding at the venue. Great support and service from the staff. Everytime an issue came up, they were willing to help no matter when or where.Everyone who was at the wedding said it was a nice traditional Boere wedding with great food and beutiful scenery for photos.Honestly it was an amazing place with great people running it! You can't go wrong holding a wedding here.
