Best bike shop I have ever visited their staff are amazing and is always keen on giving advice. The prices are so cheap for the high quality they give you. When I bought a bike they gave me additional accessories for free and I found it cheaper somewhere else and they lowered it even more. Most trustworthy bike shop in Joondalup area. They do inspections and when my old bike wasn't setup properly, they picked out some things that they can do to prevent me from an accident and that could ruin my bike. Truly the best bike shop I have visited.

My new bike they fitted this amazing light weight rack so I can carry my beach towel and reading book. It's so good for shopping as well. I'm in business too Kingsceilings&renovations and I believe in doing the best job and do these guys.

These guys know their stuff. I am new to bike riding and the friendly staff at JCC were able to recommend the best bike for my needs and the appropriate accessories that I would benefit from. Good old fashioned honest and friendly service. Also, It wasn't just about sending me off with a new bike and the accessories - they offered to help out at any point after the purchase if I wasn't sure about something or needed help with the products.

Have purchased 3 bicycles from JCC. Service has always been fantastic. I can’t remember the number of times that the workshop team have gone out of their way to keep me on the road when I have had a technical issue.What’s missing are the hard sell sales tactics. They provide good straightforward advice instead.

Over couple of years I bought few bikes through the shop and service was fantastic, it could not be any better. Staff members were always kind and friendly with plenty of experience to help with anything and everything. Great deals and big range of products to choose from and they always make a good deals and discounts. Highly recommend for all age groups. The best bike shop in Perth!!!

Awesome service from the guys at Joondalup Cycle City, very good prices too, for both equipment and servicing! As a reference, I had a new rear derailleur cable supplied and installed, and also had the gear shifter spring mechanism fixed, $50 for the whole lot! Incredibly happy with the service, will be returning many times in future.The only negative is the amount of good looking bikes and gear they have in shop.. It's always too tempting to buy something new!
