Really really disappointed with today's service. Firstly our daughter had a friend sleep over so we ordered wimpy, they got the frankfurter and ordered chips, but it got delivered with a salad slopped in the box and their milkshakes leaking all over. Next I ordered the schnitzel with veg. The food arrived in a flat cardboard box, slopped and mashed everywhere. I mean how ridiculous is the packaging. I had corn and spinach and the mushroom sauce all mashed together. It was inedible and extremely off putting to open the box. First the wrong order for the kids who got a single sausage for dinner, and secondly my food looked like slop. Because spinach is wet, the thin cardboard box was soaked and falling apart. Absolutely disappointed, management should do and know better.

The waitress took our drinks order and asked if we're ready to order when she brought out the drinks.we asked her for a few minutes but she never came back for about half an hour. We paid for the coffees and went elsewhere to eat.

As always it was good. Had an awesome burger and chips for R49. 90 and my favorite milk shake which is always a yummy treat for me. Friendly service too

Not worth the wait and effort anymore. Too expensive for a grill establishment. Could do with more waiters and better lighting. Food is generic.

Very bad experience, wouldnt recommend going there!1stly my cutlery had a black staffs long hair on it!2nd my parnter ordered cream spinach which had 3 teaspoon worth if she was lucky!3rdly bacon was burnt not crispy, when we didn't ask for that, which the waitress could of seen before serving.The owner has no people skills, shes rude and arrogant like the customer is wrong for being unhappy, instead of asking what was the issue

Everything I wanted they didn't have and the waffle I had was so so thin and had no flavour at all...the ice cream and sauce was the only flavor R44 for a waffe. Will not go back to waste my money.

As somebody else wrote, giving one star as i can't give a zero!This place has deteriorated so much since i was last here about six months ago........bad!Staff were singing birthday celebrations in the kitchen.....with people who didn't even look like staff! While this was going on, there was not one staff member on the floor.......duration about fifteen minutes.My empty plate has been at the end of the table now for roughly 40 minutes.........a few waitrons and the manager (twice), has walked passed, looked at it and carried on........ disgusting service!Won't come back here in a hurry!
