Quick and easy service didn't have the parts I was looking for but no what stock they have. Thanks guys.

Worst experience ever. I purchased an engine the Wednesday did a transfer of R24000 and asked to keep the engine until the weekend when I could come and collect. Thursday confirmed money in the their account and all I need to do is collect. On Friday something tells me to just check at Mike's auto and they have the same engine but for R10000 less. Mikes offered startup guarantee as well as a 3 month guarantee on engine as where ace only offer a month guarantee. I call to ask for a refund and I'm told the MD is in meeting and only he can decide if I can get a full money back guarantee. Friday passes and Saturday I call and they can't help!!!! So I say they must call me Monday which they did but charging me a R1000 cancelation. I explain that the term and conditions state that if the engine Is removed from the premises then I will be penalized but I never collected the engine. So I'm told that the money will be paid back the Monday but still no refund. Called Tuesday and told that the money will reflect within 2 days. I wasn't told anything about 2 day wait for my money. Other thing is when I asked for proof to confirm that refund was processed then I get told that I will receive confirmation. It's the next day being Wednesday and still nothing. Derick was quick and efficient in selling the engine but now he is dragging his feet because of the refund which I shouldn't even be penalized for. The service is pathetic and I definitely won't be referring anyone to do business with them. Still waiting for refund and we will see how long it takes!!!! Kak disappointed with the service received

Staff were very helpful. They had some of the parts I was looking for and were prepared to negotiate a better price when I requested it. They have some stripped VW models and I know where to go back when I need something for my beloved old Caravelle in the future..

These guys are great they know what his in there yard and i cant complain about there prices plus when last have you gone on they web site makes looking for your part so much better.
