Maybe they could invest in a inverter or something. With electricity shortage all business is bad I know. But I had to wait a long time (an hour and a half plus) for them to open on 26th Oct Bloemfontein branch. A lot of customers called elsewhere and they lost business... just saying ... Service was great though!

Extremely disappointed I bought a Tablet and its screen stop working after 20 days. They just stick with their 14 day return policy.I will think twice next time.

Not sure why Vittone has a condescending tone to customers or maybe it's her family's shop so she feels she can talk to people in whatever way she wsnts but one thing is for sure you've lost me as a customer. I'll go buy gadgets at the iStore in Lochlogan from today onwards .

Bad customer service on the repairs department.I took my laptop for repair with a broken pin inside a charging system on the 3/01/2023 and told that will be fixed within 21working days,also promised to be called once it's back and for quotation before, but was never called until i called the shop last wk and surprisingly informed of a different problem which it never had before,.Only when I call the shop again today was informed my laptop couldn't be fixed.
