Thank you to the supervisor and petrol attendant that assisted with changing the car tyre even with a few tools missing. The tyre was bulging and at risk of bursting. Thank you for sharing your know-how and hands on assistance. All done with a kind heart and genuine willingness to assist without expectations.Despite all the challenges we face in SA its wonderful to be reminded of the amazing people that live here.

Hi filled petrol today as I about to go into the reserve tank of about R150 (6.9 liters). As I drove on to the highway my reserve light came on. It was like nothing was filled. I kept drive and though it will adjust but nothing happened. I suspect the fuel pump is faulty. I won't fill at this garage any more. I wonder how many other people had this issue. Sometimes best to stand outside when they fill to hear it the fuel is going in. I then stopped in Sunninghill to fill up again and then it indicated I filled up something. So angry.

On the evening of 19 August I was on my way home from a work function when I experienced an issue with my car an decided to stop at Engen Strijdom Park Convenience to inspect. The staff on duty were extremely helpful and patient. They made sure that I had way to get home safely as the car had to be towed the next day. Being stuck in an unknown area late at night was quite scary for me as a women and I am so grateful towards these two gentlemen who made the ordeal much easier for me and showed care and consideration. They are definitely an asset to your team. Thank you!
