A big shout out to Happy from Telkom at Springs Mall, keep it up young Lady!!! And she is so Happy, it rubs off on you. Was assisted yesterday, efficient, quick & painless by this pleasant person. Management, take note of this one, she'll do you proud!

The staff is friendly and assisted with my query. Needless to say i was 5th in line and waited an hour before i was assisted.

Really bad at this store, I have been help by Moagi it a guy and i applied for an iphone and the deal has been approved but he said i must call when you call the branch no one answer and all telkom can say is we will better the service but they are only giving bad expierance

Just horrible service got to the shop 10 mins before closing time and told me they closed they cant assist me after i called them about an phone for a new contract just horrible customer service cant even sked them a question without them escorting you out the shop

The consultant don't respond to the emails I've been sending. Signed a contract days before then I had to call and ask if it's approved then was told that I need to pay R199 activation fee and the sooner the payment reflects then the data will be allocated and activated. The store phone doesn't work. The incompetence of this is beyond. It's ridiculous that 1 paying for a service but also need to call to get what you paying for. Worse I wasn't told that I'll be paying the amount and also I must pay pro-rata fee and a sim

I bought a laptop from Telkom 1 year ago on a 3 year contract. After 11 months the battery got swollen. I sent it in to have it repaired, however the quote was too expensive, so I rejected it. My laptop was sent back with additional damage. Now all of a sudden its no ones fault.

I was referred to Telkom Springs by Telkom Vaal Mall, they said the handset I wanted was only at a few stores left in Gauteng, the most being Telkom Springs, 13 units.After driving an hour to Springs the lady assisting me just said they don't have any units available, all of them are reserved for a client.All 13 units...Isn't it possible to then change the system that it reads, not available, reserved?So I asked where I can find this phone at other stores. She mentioned a few stores, but also said they might be reserved...When I asked her to phone any of those other branches so that I can reserve a phone, she said they don't have a direct number for one of those stores. Not one...Telkom's service delivery is worse than Eskom's power delivery....
