Mothercity Liquor has a fun and impressive range of local 'mini's' which I will be using as stocking fillers for my international guests this Christmas, but what I love most about them is their efficient after sales service. When one of my items was damaged on route to Jozi, Mothercity resolved my issue within a couple of hours, no excuses and no fighting! Thanks guys, I will certainly do business with you again.

Placed an order on the 11th for an item that was indicated as in stock. Its the 20th today and the item is still not shipped or any communication received around any delays. Seems this is a scam site that takes orders and then does not deliver.

As someone who does not live in CT let alone South Africa, buying something from abroad from a store you're not personally familiar with can seem daunting. Also as an American, I value good customer service. And wow did MCL and Tivesh deliver! Tivesh and the entire MCL website and experience was wonderful. They truly went above and beyond. Aside from offering an extensive collection of quality spirits, they went so far as to personally source bottles for me, answer my million and one questions promptly, correspond order updates efficiently, and beautifully package, gift wrap, and personalize my products.
