Update - misunderstanding, all resolved speedily.(Been trying to get a quote with much difficulty. I emailed and called the company a few times without luck, I eventually got a phone call from their sales person who said he'd send me his email address so I could send him the plans and address for our new house. I never got his email address so I sent the info on to his colleague but never heard back from anyone.)

I've been trying to get a response from SolarvestHave written to a few of their staff - Peter for 1I need a 2nd battery and a few more panelsUnfortunately NO RESPONSEI can't add in from another makeI shouldn't have to beg and plead for a response/replyThe system looks great, the installers are fabulous, neat, clean, respectfulThere was a little blip during installation fixed by Peter their electrician the following dayI need completion of the installation. Have their funds of final percentage, just waiting for electrical certificate, drone video etc. Been begging to pay the balanceToday no historical data coming from appThe Solarvest system is not inexpensiveI'm beginning to feel because mine is a starter system doesn't get the attention of mega installationsMust say the guys came immediately the following morning to attend to the problemSo thanks for that, in all fairness I have to retract the above statement as follow up service has been stellarIn addition it was suggested I needed a boosterSo that was fitted today.Now just to save for an additional battery
