I think you need to be far more clear about how long it takes to receive an order before you take people's money. I ordered at 3pm yesterday. Your delivery window indicated I would get my order between 11am - 3pm and then I received an updated delivery window for 10am-2pm the next day and my meds have only just arrived at 1pm. That's almost 24 hours?? Not cool when you're this sick. What service are you providing that is better than going to a pharmacy? You certainly don't expedite things, you charge a premium, I am at a loss to understand why I would use you again.

I rarely leave reviews but this app deserves a lot higher than it currently has in the app store (I will review there too).Set up my account, placed order and received delivery within 2.5 hours.I experienced 1 issue, (had to call 1300 number to ask about receiving updated e-script for my repeats) which was handled by a lovely customer service rep named Nadia. Very fast response, no long phone waiting times. Nadia called the pharmacy who promptly SMS'd the repeats over. Sorted.Perhaps there were a few kinks to be worked out when the app first launched but today was seamless, easy and unbelievable convenient. I was apprehensive given the ratings and reviews but perhaps not enough people take the time to share positive experiences so we only see the negative.I will 100% be using this app for all my medication needs until the day I die, hopefully many, many deliveries from now!

Second time I've used them to get something quickly. Even contacted me direct regarding mix up with delivery times and billing issues. Super friendly staff, delivery arrived quickly after they texted arrival times. Really impressed with this service so far.

Was initially a bit concerned, but due to mobility issues and current respiratory issues, I decided to bite the bullet and see whether they could do electronic prescriptions. The online platform was very easy to sign up and upload the prescription, so I was happy with it.The first delivery attempt was not good. This is a great service. It was easy to order and my prescription was delivered quickly and easily. The only part I didn't like was having to show my ID to the courier, but given I was unable to get to the pharmacy myself it was a risk I was willing to take.

Very deceiving. When I was asked to except the payment it showed the amount for the script $7.40 and $8 delivery so this is what i approved payment for. I have just seen in an email that it cost $23. This amount was NOT shown when I approved payment. NEVER AGAIN. oh they gave me $2 discount for being a pensioner.

I have completed 2 orders through Chemist2U and have found them to be incredible. They will call you if they have any questions. Their delivery is great and I couldn't recommend them enough. It's great for those who cannot get to a pharmacy for whatever reason and I have recommended them to all my friends.

I’ve been using this delivery service for some months now. I’m so happy with the quick delivery, easy to use the app and the delivery driver is always pleasant. Brings it straight to my door. Having chronic pain it’s a lifesaver for me. When my mobility is not good. Wonderful service. Thank you.
