Every now and then, just as one starts losing all faith in humanity, someone comes along and blows your mind. Faith = Restored.I ordered a Swiss wine cooler from an online retailer. It arrived faulty. This was not due to any manufacturing issues, it literally seems that it was dropped in transport.I got hold of Kevin at Swiss and here's how it could have gone: Not our fault, take it up with the courier company or; deal with the e-trailer you bought it from.Here's what did happen though. I'm so sorry sir, we'll sort this out for you right away. Special shout out to Susan for taking care of all the logistics and keeping me updated at all times. The next day my old cooler was collected and the morning after, the new one arrived. The wine cooler looks amazing in my kitchen and works perfectly. Nice friendly and helpfull people

We purchased a swiss tumble dryer more than two years ago. Something went faulty and we got a repair man out to help, who wanted a arm and a legg to relace a capacitor. I bought a capacitor and replaced the faulty one. On connecting all wires and doing a test there was no power. I googled swiss appliances and phoned. Shane Beckford answered and promptly sent me a pic of how the electrical wires should be connected. With this it was confirmed that the so called technician on not getting the go ahead connected the wires wrong. Shane thank you!

For years I looked for a reliable, sturdy vacuum cleaner with a powerful motor, I tried all the prominent brands, this unit is way above the others in this niche with regards to design, parts strength, ruggedness and quality - worth the price.
