Service was slow the menu photo of the breakfast vastly different to what was received. I feel in terms of value for money that you better off getting a breakfast somewhere else.It also seems like the toaster required some attention. Perhaps they saving on electricity I guess I can’t complain about that as electricity prices have increased astronomically over the past few years. The tomato sauce”catchup” I added to the eggs, it did not come likethat. All in all not impressed Wimpy,I think a lot more can be done. Perhaps looking into quality control...

I recommend this Wimpy! Clean but crowded (the same as other restaurants in Sandton City) staff are good.

Extremely poor service - waited for 10 minutes for waiter to take our order - then another 20 minutes and still didnot receive our drinks - taking this long while there was only 6 tables occupied, can only imagine if they were half full !!! Would certainly not return

Wimpy Sandton has one of the worst Customer services ever. The first time I experienced the bad service from them was when ordering breakfast I kept quiet and just thought that maybe the lady was a bit busy and under pressure but today when I called again in order to order a salad the lady just kept me holding there while making me listen to the background noise instead of putting me on hold properly and she never even excused herself and asked me to hold she just left the phone. I have never come across such bitter service. But I have to say the individuals who come to deliver are very sweet and well mannered so I definitely think that the lady that takes the orders should learn some good customer care from her colleagues.I shall not be ordering anything from Wimpy Sandton because they clearly do not need me as a customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
