Nina and her team are fantastic. They leave our house immaculate after every visit, and are SO easy to deal with. They are often available at a moments notice, and accommodate every request. She has been extremely prompt, professional and pleasant to deal with - she replies quickly to all emails and has been very flexible with changes to our cleaning requirements.The girls cleaning the house (a 4x2 medium sized family home) have been great - friendly, reliable and efficient. We have been using the team at HomeBright Cleaning for about 6 or so weeks. We have been really impressed with the level of cleaning that has been provided to date. The team leaves are home sparkling & the products that they use don't leave any residue on the home surfaces (ie tiles). We have found the team to be very accommodating with any requests that we have had & found Nina excellent to deal with. We would have no hesitation in recommending HomeBright to family or friends.

Nina and her cleaning crew have provided our family with high quality, reliable cleaning at a reasonable rate for over two years in City Beach. We were able to establish a regular cleaning schedule with two regular, courteous cleaners, which made me comfortable leaving them in the house while I was out. They also worked around our two small pups, which not all cleaning services will do. Nina has been easy to communicate with, acting as the go-between between myself and the cleaners. The few issues that arose were addressed by Nina with professionalism and respect. I recommend HomeBright to anyone looking for reliable cleaning services and easy communication.

Overall the cleaner did a satisfactory job doing a basic level standard clean. However, when she left the wooden floors were very wet and when dried the floorboards felt very sticky. When I spoke to Nina she advised that the cleaner had used dishwashing detergent to mop the wooden floors. I had to remop the floor multiple times with hot water to get rid of the soap residue. I understand that sometimes errors are made but at no point did Nina apologise for the mistake or offer to send someone to remop the floor to get rid of the sticky residue.

Nina, Wendy and the team have been looking after our home for the past 15 months. They are always very professional, accommodating and eager to help. They are extremely trust worthy - Wendy is in our home each week while we are at work and we never have any issues. Any extra request are always done cheerfully, and she even bought our son a present when she came back from holidays! Nina and the team at the office are always prompt and provide great communication. An excellent service.

HomeBright have been cleaning our house for over 2 years fortnightly. They do a very good job for a reasonable price. We are very pleased with their services. They are available to do extra services too e.g. cleaning the oven - my oven never looked so clean on the inside!! They are also very flexible. We had to take a 12 month break and when we were ready start again they picked up where they left off at same price. We would definitely recommend them.
