Terrible service. Leave me standing at the counter with 7 staff working. Greet the lady who was on the phone, she sees me greet her, looks at me and walks away.Just walked out the store with someone then deciding to ask if they could help. They will never see me there again.

They overcharged me hugely and took advantage of the fact that I don't know much about how much car things should cost. They charged me R500 just to put on my number plates. Will definitely not go back

A highly recommended local store specialising in home security, keys, locks, plates, handles, safes, access control, remotes, batteries, cameras, number plates. Anything you need really. Been going a very long time. Reliable and helpful service.

I was warmly welcomed and the service was good. Lekka guys and gals working there, they sorted my lock and key issue. The owner, Primesh, introduced himself, they have a good vibe going on.

I have been dealing with Manvic Distributors for 19 years and have received on average a 4-star service from them with the occasional slip-up.Over the past few months, I purchased 2 identical and expensive Fire and Waterproof safes from them. The 1st sale went smoothly and I collected and installed the safe successfully.When I ordered the 2nd safe I made it clear that we required it urgently and that we were taking it to our farm which is a 2-hour drive away.It arrived in good time and I transported after collecting it immediately in my SUV to the farm. When we unboxed and installed it the following day we saw it was very badly dented and reported the same to the owner Primesh with photos.My final communicated expected outcome to Primesh was that the supplier should deliver a new one to the farm and then collect the damaged one as I was not willing to drive 4 hours back and forth to exchange a brand-new heavy safe that was damaged and I already bought 2 from them.After nearly a week and following up regularly as I did not receive proactive feedback from him, I was informed by Primesh that the supplier will send another unit but that I must bring the damaged safe back to them for inspection before they will decide whether to exchange it or not.My gripe is that the Manvic owner Primesh knew that we required the safe urgently and would take and install it on our farm, and did not inspect or check the safe before giving it to me, nor did I inspect it for any damage as we have already purchased an identical one from them without any issues.Suffice to say, given the abovementioned facts, it is evident that both the Supplier and Manvic Distributors do not take any responsibility for the damage nor did they inspect the goods before hand-over to one another and finally me, and now puts the onus on me, a long-standing and returning customer.It is common practice to ask the recipient to sign for goods received in good order which was not done.I certainly learned another lesson not to trust any supplier/distributor again, even after 19 years, and to inspect all items and insist on signing a receipt of good order.Lastly, I expected and would have appreciated it if Primesh had offered to have the safe collected from us, inspected it and then delivered a new one which is a common characteristic of good after-sales service.

Had a terrible experience dealing with this business. Brought in a UPS to see if they could help me fix it. I explained the problem and they tested the battery and said it was faulty so they put in a new one and told me it was now working. I paid for the battery, went home, plugged in the ups and it was still not working. I immediately took it back and told them it still wasn't fixed. They had another look at it and ensured me it was working in their shop. I took it home again and this time tested it with multiple cables that I knew were working even with another UPS. It still didn't work. At this point I was furious as I had clearly been lied to. I went back to the shop and asked for a refund on the battery only to be told they don't do refunds on batteries. I had only purchased the battery about 2 hours ago at this point. They also refused to show me that it was working at their shop as they had previously claimed. I found another nearby electronics shop, who after having a quick look at it, determined a blown fuse was the problem and quickly got the unit working. So firstly Manvic lied when they said they got it working (how could it with a blown fuse?), and second I'm not even sure the original battery was even faulty and that I was just conned into buying a new one. Would strongly recommend not visiting this store.

Great service. Always helpful

This morning I entered the store just after opening. A staff member assisted me and got me the products I needed.After that I was completely ignored.Nobody assisted me with payment and I was left standing for a food 5 minutes before I decided to leave and shop elsewhere. What makes matters worse is that at least 5 staff members saw me and decided to ignore me.

Primesh assisted us with our security and automating our gates and we had amazing service. After-sales service has been amazing. Would definitely highly recommend Manvic Distributions for your security and automation needs. Thank you from the Ismails

Not a good service. The technician made me wait for him more than 3 days saying every day I will go tomorrow" and at the end he referred to me to another provider that (in my point of view) didn't seem reliable."
