CF spares

I bought an Rear Axle for Mazda Rustler '94 on the 25/06/2021 which was on friday, they gave me a wrong one. I called them on monday 28/06/201 they said theybwill get back to me. Icalled again on tuesday they told me they have one it should be in their offices before the end of the day. I kept phoning them until Friday morning i decided to go their spares. They told me they still waiting for a guy in Macassar to bring it, after few hours we decided to go with them to Macassar and get the Axle. We took it and again it was a wrong one, when i returned it they told me to print the one I had in my vehicle. I drove back to them with it, and they told me a story that ddnt make sense but I was still patient with them. The guy that was assisting me he told me he will bring another one just before 5pm. I ended buying another one. They dont want to refund my money thats the only thing I want from them, they ignore my calls, and when Iam at the spares they telling me they forwarded my banking details to their boss.
