I just left the shop now. The guy that I was told is the only person who will help me. Decline to help because he is busy with something on his laptop. I felt less important as a new customer and will never go to the shop again.

Dissapointing low stock, so you cant get everything you need at once. Had to go to On Tap to get everything I needed.

I think you should consider investing in a battery powered payment system like yoco or perhaps zapper. I couldn't make a card payment here during loadshedding. Don't have time to waste so I ended up at Buiders even though your price was better.

Honestly would rather take the drive to Pinetown Plumblink or Bothas hill buldit than support this hillcrest branch. I have been to the plumblink in hillcrest many times even when they where stationed opposite the FNB on Margaret ST when they had different staff members. Service has always been nonexistent... staff member seem like they are uninterested in getting off their chair and helping a customer with what they need.I now travel the extra distance just to have better service.
