Was refused service, then mocked, then had to deal with a staff member being deliberately obtuse. In the end I just left because the vibe was one of this is actually a front and not a place where you can buy any electrical supplies.

I had a faulty Eurolux fan switch which I needed replaced. Thabiet assisted me at the shop on 15 July. He advised that there was no stock but that he would sort it out" and kept the faulty part. After many phone calls to Thabiet no progress was reported and the receptionist told me that he was getting annoyed with my calls. After about 6 weeks of this I asked to speak with the manager and was put through to Steven who sorted the problem out within a few days and I received the replacement part on 17th September. I was also told that this was not the first time that this type of problem had arisen with Thabiet. I sincerely hope that something positive can be done about this as it dents the reputation of an otherwise most reputable company."

Great on line shopping experience. Excellent, friendly service at the pick up point and a bonus cup of coffee in the store as well.
