Worse service ever received from Jason at Midas Kuilsriver, he did not know his return policies and procedures. His customer service was horrific while I was talking to him and needed assistance he was on his cellphone making no eye contact with his customer at all and showed no interest while rather speaking on his phone. I purchased two torx bits on the 7th of March, I asked him if the sizes was wrong could I exchange or return it the next day. He told me in a very rude manner no, I then proceeded to purchase it at the front desk were I asked the lady in front if I can exchange or refund it, if it is wrong she responded yes. As the Receipt said 10 days exchange and full refund if in the same condition. On the 8th the very next day I sent my father to return it as I was at work Jason refused to refund it. On the 9th I went into store myself, Jason was off and another guy helped me with exceptional customer service, he done the refund in less than 5 minutes without any hassle's.

The worst midus in the Western Cape, store is always empty but you will wait 20minutes to get served. Only people who pay attention to clients are the ladies by the tills. I wonder how this shop survives

I walked into the store still injured. The person that helped went the extra to go to the parking alot to see what car I was driving so that he could get the correct window wipers for me and was kinda enough to have them installed.
