I get all my nuts and Dutch chocolate there. The people are always helpful and offer interesting info regarding where the nuts are sourced, etc. Easy to find and plenty of parking.

This is a fantastic alternative to Faithful to Nature and other health shops. They offer a lot of grains and ingredients (no spices though), but at much lower prices. If you buy bulk, you can might even receive a discount. Very friendly and helpful staff, too!

We get all our nut and seed requirements from this place and have done for several years. Great value for money provided you buy their standard 1 kilo packs. They don't do smaller quantities and by standardizing on 1 kilos for all items they can offer great value for money. I like their business model. They buy in bulk and repack into plain unprinted sealed plastic bags. No sample tasting so you take pot luck. But we've never had a bad experience. Hygiene is good. Our favourite is the macadamia nuts salted or plain and we also buy walnuts, Brazilian nuts, sunflower seeds, quinoa and flax seed flour.

Large variety of nuts I think they should maybe try making smaller portions as sometimes one doesnt want to buy a KG of nuts etc and maybe reduce too 500g portions.

I get my gluten free flours and roasted cashews here at a good price! If you are looking at bulk buying, then this is for you - they sell most of their items in 1kg packs. Convenient and well priced! They have a range of dried fruits, nuts, flours, rice, grains and some smaller lines like paper bites and dried fruit rolls.
