Fastway Couriers Polokwane is not serious about their customer service. Companies should stop using this courier company.To begin with, the customer service team seemed to be untrained and lacked proper communication skills, which made it difficult for me to convey my concerns regarding my shipment. When called the customer support number, was kept on hold for an unreasonably long time before finally speaking with a representative. Furthermore, the representative who answered my call was abrupt, unhelpful, and unable to provide me with any clear answers to my queries.

My parcel from Shein is with your driver,on the tracking website it says consignee not available meaning I am not at home and hehe/she never tried to contact me. Now your calls are not answered. This is bad service I will never encourage someone to use this company.

I was never contacted about my delivery. No, did anyone come to my place, but they just updated on their system that the consignee not available. They are not serious. it goes to show that their delivery employee are not to be trusted

Since Monday 19 Jan I received emails delivery today.Phoned the office to get driver number, he never answers his phone.Send a whatsapp to get a response delivery will be Thursday.Still nothing and he again dont answer his phone.Useless service

Most useless and incompetent courier service I've ever dealt with, my parcel has been on-board the courier vehicle for over 24hours now and I called and they said it will be delivered today. The information is inaccurate and misleading
