Unfortunately, I had the same experience Stacey-Leigh Titus and Laura Norton detailed in their reviews.After numerous excuses for not finishing a dishwasher repair started 6 months ago in December 2020, and having to track them down on a different cell number after they stopped responding to What’s App and email (they said they were hijacked and lost all their customer contacts), both Brad and Cindy agreed to install the new part (ordered in December 2020) on 8 June 2021.I explained that I live in another town and will have to take time off work to drive through to open the property in question for the repair, so needed to be absolutely sure they can make the appointment. Although they picked the date and time for the appointment, and I confirmed this again the day before the appointment, they cancelled 30 minutes before they were supposed to be there, and asked to reschedule to the 11th. On the 11th, Brad asked to reschedule the appointment again to the 12th (just 2 hours before he was supposed to be there), and on the 12th he never pitched for the appointment he set at all (and never notified me that he can’t make it). Since then, both Brad and Cindy ignored all What’s Apps, emails and calls (from my mobile number only).Turns out I should not have given Brad and Cindy the benefit of the doubt the past 6 months: they repaid my goodwill and loyalty – knowing it came at great cost and inconvenience to me – with contempt. I will never do business with them again, and do not advise anyone else to do so either.

Work ethic is great and efficient.

Can't say enough about how good this company was. Helpful, professional and not the usual rip-off merchants that ive had the misfortune of dealing with in the past. Thanks again to Cindy and i will be recommending you.

Our experience: We paid Grays to fix our washing machine and followed all their advice and instructions, however, a day later, the machine gave the same problem. We contacted them via whatsapp and calls several times to come back (because perhaps there was a different problem), and they indicated that they would come out, however they never did. We called and whatsapped numerous times as we have been struggling with our washing machine, but never received any reply from them. Extremely disappointed in the quality of their work, extremely poor service and lack of professionalism and basic respect. I will never use their service ever again, and I will not recommend them to anyone.

As a client you are expected to ensure that Brad arrives as per the agreed time and place. He has too much work to treat you as a client, and place a follow up call. I am sure there are more client friendly service providers available.

Polite and efficient

Terrible service! Didn't get back to me and avoided my calls! When called from another number they answered! Worst service ever.
