Bham and Dahya Attorneys

For the past 2 years I have been harassed by this law firm in connection with my late Mother-in-law's estate. All matters in relation to this were finalized by Nedbank. Every time I receive electronic communication or phone calls from these attorneys I explain this. And and yet every month for the past two years I have been contacted in this regard.

Very unprofessional, they are unresponsive and keeps directing you to another number witch leads to a non response. Very annoyed with the service. Would rate them 0 stars if i could.

SCAM - Please be aware that these people will try to steal your money. They phoned me saying that my credit card was in arrears, which it definitely isn't. I said I would speak to the bank directly but they asked for payment to my credit card through their link. Why deal with them instead of the bank? And on top of all their dodgy practices, they insist on phoning and harassing me. I'm amazed that they haven't been arrested yet.

If B&D Attorneys" aren't just a bunch of fraudsters then they do absolutely no diligence before harassing people for collections.I've been relentless spammed through both phone calls and SMSes for payment of a Standard Bank account. I do not have a standard bank account

Bham & Dahya attorneys in Benoni keeps on sending me messages and phoning me looking for other people.I have several times asked them to stop calling me and to remove my number from their database, but they keep on ignoring my requests and their harassment continues for over a year now.The last three times that I have tried contacting them to remove my number from their system, they simply end the call abruptly after hearing why I am calling.It also does not help to block their numbers, because they continue calling from new numbers and use deceptive technology to call you from landline numbers with area codes and numbers that are not linked to their name.How can I lodge a formal complaint against this law firm, and obtain an instruction form a higher authority for Bham & Dahya to stop calling me?

What a joke. They contact me over and over, when I call them, I get a lady saying uhmmmmm, aaaaaaah, let me find a person to help you. This is after ABSA has handed my loan account over for non-payment (bare in mind, I've been paying an additional cost every month for when one is unemployed and they can't pay, insurance will kick in. It hasn't happened the last 3 times I've sent all my documents through). Bham and Dahya, your business is lacking majorly.

Slow to respond. Still on paper and pen when the world is digital. Only good thing is you can negotiate your price :D
