Tried to phone them twice. An outomatic answering service device tells you hundred and ten things, using airtime for nonsense and then switches off the call without being able to speak to a consultant.

I wanted to send 6 sets of playing cards to the USA. The lady that helped me could have accepted my parcel and money without asking questions. Instead she checked to see if the consignment was allowed. To my surprise it was not. By checking she saved me money because I would have lost my money and the frustration of having my parcel returned to me. Thank you DHL.

I felt so unwelcome and unwanted when I walked into the reception area. The lady at the front desk was very unfriendly. I understand that its Monday morning and things get busy, but please polish up on your customer service. When working with the public you need to have patience and people skills.

Phoned the Port Elizabeth branch, just to find out if they are open for collection, non essential item as we live approx 20km away......was put through to 3 different people and finally a gentleman from JHB answered the question. Why did I have to wait so long on the phone going through so many people, do the staff not know if they are open for non essential items that they have to put me through to someone in a different province and different town.....
