The team at the Hearing Clinic is extremely professional, pro-active and caring. They go out of their way to ensure that the client and all relevant family members are aware of the hearing requirements. You are treated with utter respect and care. Their follow up service is excellent. I would recommend them to anyone, you are not just another number with them.

I can hear much better high pitch voices and in group setting. Link to smartphone and laptop excellent for meetings, especially on the go.

My mother received excellent service and care from Yvonne when doing the hearing tests and supplying the hearing apparatus. This made us so excited and positive towards the whole process. The end results is fantastic, my mother can hear the TV at a normal volume and participate in conversation with confidence because she can now hear what people are saying. Our only regret is that we had not done this years ago!

The Hearing Clinic (Pretoria) is simply amazing. I was greeted by the friendly staff and felt right at home. My audiologist, Yvonne van Niekerk, is very knowledgeable in her field and her communications skills are excellent. Getting hearing aids at the age of 36 was not easy, but Yvonne set me at ease and explained everything in so much detail. She also adjusted my hearing aids so that I could get the optimal hearing results and this gift of hearing fully and correctly for the first time has been life-changing for me! I can't thank Yvonne and the rest of the staff at The Hearing Clinic (Pretoria) enough. I would recommend them over and over again!

I really don't think at any other conculting rooms you will get a calm atmosphere and friendlier people as by The Hearing Clinic. Pretoria. They really go out of there way to treat you with respect and friendlynes. I could give them 100 stars I would.If you want the same experience, make a appointment. Visiting the Hearing Clinic at Hazeldean (Pretoria) was a very rewarding experience. As must be the case with many elderly people who realise that a hearing aid is in the offing, I made my appointment with some trepidation. Will a hearing aid really help? Is the whole process of acquiring an aid going to be frustrating, maybe disappointing? Many of my generation complain that the aids are very expensive, uncomfortable, that they do not work properly, and eventually land in a drawer not to be used by the patient.My experience was totally different. The audiologist Yvonne van Niekerk warmly welcomed me, tested my hearing thoroughly, explained the different options to deal with my problem very professionally, and at the end helped me not only to buy the best hearing aid for my specific use at the best possible price, but also took care of negotiations with my Medical Aid scheme.At the end the amount payable was far less than my expectation.The haring aid, a Belltone Achieve IMP 962, is a perfect fit. I wear it throughout the day, and it really helps. Within a day or two my ears - and my brain - accepted the device, and being able to listen to people around me as well as to music in the car and at home is real gift. Being an emeritus professor of theology I am invited, almost weekly, to preach or to address groups of people. Against my initial concerns, the hearing aid is not a hindrance but a great help, on the podium as well as in the pulpit.Finally, the after sale service is excellent. Outstanding service and incredible hearing aids! These devises have evolved a huge amount over the past decade. I was given a demo pair to try and was blown away! I eventually purchased the Signia 5AX hearing aids and I haven’t heard this well for many years. Of particular interest to me was the amazing music setting on these. My chromesthesia, which disappeared 40 years ago, has returned, a truly unexpected and amazing development. The connection to my phone and television have really improved my quality of life.
