Heartless and rushes appointments when behind. Actually never missed an appointment before (actually canceled 24 h in advance- feel free to check). Charging a client for a missed appointment while their infant son is in hospital - giving bank details in the same message as well wishes is why I say heartless.

Candice is just the best and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. She makes you feel so comfortable and at home even when you go in for a wax. Her sanctuary is welcoming and peaceful. I absolutely LOVE LoveIt Sanctuary.

Name says it all, love it! Clean and cosy space. Candice makes me feel so comfortable whenever I come for my appointment. Very attentive and professional. My only place to go for beauty treatments and I’ll definitely recommend her to my friends:)
