I went to this car wash last month, pretty decent car wash. However they lost my Toyota original carpets and I made contact with them and feedback has been terrible. I do want my carpets to be returned or replaced though.

The service is extremely slow, staff hop between cars or watch what others are doing so that they are not doing any more work than the next. 3 cars ahead of me with nothing being completed. They were in the finishing queue when I arrived and took more than an hour of waiting for my car to be detailed. Wash was quick but then it stood in the sun collecting streaks. Never again
