Worst drywors I ever tasted! Its so hard not even my dogs want to eat it! What a waste of money!!!

So disappointed, a lady today at the meat selection area around 17.30 on the 15th of June 2023 , she was the only female there at the time so not hard to pick up who it was! I think she’s new coz I only buy my meat here, anyway, for the first time ever I was told by her “ is that all I have in my list” in a rude tone and said she has a big order she needs to do, meaning my money is worthless right? Thanks to know after years of supporting meatworld specifically in Northcliff… please teach your staff manners and I hope this gets sorted coz you might just lose this loyal customer!

As regular monthly shoppers for the past couple of years, today was very disappointing! We arrived at 8:30 and the meat fridges were almost empty, we left and came back an hour later there was absolutely no more meat packed out in that hour. We struggled to find meat and left with a lot less than normally do.The staff are reluctant to assist but this appears to be an issue coming from management and not the staff directly.You have definitely lost a customer!

Used to be a great shopWith great meats and great staff and good prices.Now the place is a shadow of what it was.Meat is now packaged with so much blood in the containers.Staff are all unfriendly and sullen.And the prices have sky rocketedThumbs down.

Biltong and bar mix is great i found some hard pieces that looks like a bone in the dry wors a few actually.... Although the pricing is great one still would want qaulity!

Unfortunately very disappointed and unsatisfied. My dad saw the specials of the lamb and asked us to go with them. My dad and mom brought a lamb and a sheep and ask them specifically how to cut it up and how to divide it for two people. Needles to say the meat has been divided wrong and for that prices my dad paid I expected more. They usually buy in Florida and they get 9packets of mince out there here it wasn't even 4 Packets. And they don't cut the meat in front of you they do it in the back where you can't see. Where as florida does it in front of you so you can say and explain how you like your meat. The meat you get here is much less as in Florida. Sorry but will never go here again.

I visited the store yesterday. The white female who wear way too much make up and who I assume was a manager, is in constant need of attention. She came over to distract the cashier who was helping me. Then she turned her advances towards me. When she realized I am not interested in her advances she started slow packing my meat. What a sad little insecure woman

Whent to butcher to buy fresh meat . Well got home to a distater to smell it was off i mean green off , tried calling but was closing time already , i have send a email as well , people check the pre pack meat and sell date . I just took because i was in a hurry and my visitors arriving soon.This has out my wife so off meat and will be reluctant to go buy there again. I usually drive to Brits Impala meat once every second month to buy bulk but this was a last minute arrangement.The reviews on this web site has a few no no and should have check it out before going there . This is not on to supply product like this and meat is expensive and a treat as well.every other retailer sells meat products and would have suspected this from them but a while shop that does meat and cant even get that rightThis was a pack of over R352,00 for 6 Sirloin pieces********************Was contacted the next day and was sorted out in no time , apologies for the review but had to bring to your attentionStill glad to see the staff takes a clients complaints to heart . Thanks will see you all soon again

I went to buy meat and I forgot the staff's name. He saw me by the fridge and he came by and assisted me. He even explained the meat grade and how they go about cutting the meat and what I should look for. He was friendly and helpful. Thank you to him. Will definitely go back and buy again

Fresh and clean meat at great prices. Place recently renovated and looks top notch. Highly recommended.
