Not helpful as managing agents.Monica does not respond to requests for assistance. We are paying levies for nothing. The ceiling in my flat was damaged by roof leaks.I reported this to her and she never cares to get the ceiling fixed. I struggled to get her to send people out to fix a leaking roof. She only responded when rain water seeped through walls and the slab into the flat below and the electricity started tripping.Lack of accountability is her norm.They must be rejected as managing agents.I am gonna report this agent to the estate agents board.The agent does not deserve a single star.From the Gables.

If you are looking for a hardworking, loyal and trustworthy management agency. Look no further. Monica and her team will go above and beyond to assist. I personally know of about two body corporations that she brought from the brink of bankruptcy to being able to show a profit and being able to do routine and emergency repairs. The industry is often misunderstood, but with her skill and knowledge she is able to educate and assist every owner. As a professional bookkeeper I am very impressed in the way that the financials are done and her utter transparency. She and her team are true professionals.

Most unprofessional property management company I have ever come across in my life. They have 0 communication skills. If you sign up with them as a complex good luck trying to communicate with anyone there. They dodge your calls and emails and do absolutely nothing from their side to resolve any matters.I urge you to stay away from this company, you will just be wasting your money and time.

Extremely bad service for our complex in Florida lake, Karma court. Monica who took over from from Tupa does not even respond to whatsapp texts or any security issues we have in our complex. there's too much unprofessionalism from her and to this day i am still waiting for my refund. Do not use this company for any services as the will surely disappoint you.

I have to say Mongrey Properties (Monica's team) exceptional. Phoned her to assist due to previous managing agent didn't do anything and with in a year all off our issues has been resolved she even assisted us free of charge while we paying our debt off and we drop our body corporate levies with 4% now who can say that? Jip no one but me and the other 9 owners at Quellery Hights. I have to say you and your team are my and our super heroes and I will recommend you to anyone and all away through to everyone. Really!! Thank you for helping me when I was on my knees and on the brink on losing my investment! Love your work and love you guys!!

By far the most useless corrupt property agent out there. Do not use them the have 0 communication skills they dont worry about deadlines or upkeep of the property's they manage. Always making hollow promises that is if they answer a phone and forget about e-mail they will ignore that also.
