Very unhappy with the level of service received from Lance and Christopher.I was initially told it would take 4 weeks to acquire the part, I was okay with that as I had dealt with them before trusted that they would be able to deliver..I provided all the information as requested.. for some or other reason Lance referred me to his College mid process of ordering the required part..Upon following up 3 weeks later on the ETA arrival of said part I was told by Christopher that it had not ordered yet and they are awaiting payment..I requested to pay weeks prior and was asked for personal information which I provided and asked if this was sufficient for the part to be ordered etc this is when Lance referred me to Christopher... I received no follow up or feedback and I'm appalled at the service received.I may use them again but only as a last resort!This recent experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth..Update: 22 May 2023PartsIT went the extra mile to source the part on short notice, however by this time I had already contacted another company in JHB to source the part and will be receiving it today.I really appreciate PartsIT going the extra mile on this occasion and I'll be sure to consider them in future!

As a person who works in IT retail for Computer Mania, I must say that Parts IT is my place of choice to go if I need anything from a battery to a charger or even any replacement parts.Lance has always Assisted me and gives the best service anybody can ask for.10/10 for Parts ITThanks Lance
