Great store have a wide range of products for hookah and tabbaco. Home made flavours are not bad. They wholesale as well. Definitely my weekly stop to top up.

If there was ever a place that redefined customer satisfaction, it's this one. My husband and I have been getting supplies from HOH for years and the service is UNMATCHED. Every single time we arrive we're greeted by staff who understand our needs (sometimes even better than we do). I've learned so much from them and I've never been more likely to recommend a place than this one. Excellent quality. Amazing customer service.

3 stars, relative to what I currently have access to. Decent range of your common mid-range brands. Don't expect US or European market items. However still worth visiting.Haven't been to the lounge, so I can't comment on that.
