A bit on the expensive side compared to the bigger chain pharmacies. Telephone service is a nightmare, you either get cut off or hold on forever.On a positive side, I like that they sometimes close at 19:00 during the week and the free home delivery service is very convenient. If you have medical funds and on a repeat prescription, they even send you a WhatsApp reminder once a month on your due refill and deliver it to your door step.A yin and a yang kinda place.

Went to collect a prescription yesterday afternoon around 14h00. I was told that the medication I required was out of stock but that it had been ordered and that it would be delivered later that afternoon". When I arrived at 12h00 this morning there were only two people behind the counter. (Saturday morning.) After a 10 minute wait I was told that the medication was not in stock!. When I objected saying that I had been told that it had been ordered and would have been delivered yesterday alre4aduy

I relocated to Pretoria and frequented this pharmacy with the hope of developing a cordial pharmacy/patient relationship. Unfortunately they have proved to be racist at numerous occasions, especially the lady incharge. After being embarrassed and wrongfully accused of being COVID positive, I have not stepped foot in this pharmacy for an entire year now. What an embarrassment to the health sector at a time such as this. Lives matter!

This pharmacy staff is extremely rude. I have ordered multiple times on the watsapp delivery service. I have always received rude replies but today was the worst. When i asked for a product i was told it was out of stock. When i asked for something similar i was told. “Why dont i just go to the doctor?”Rude and overpriced store

HORRIBLE SERVICEPhoned in today to get a few things delivered from ur pharmacy, the lady who answered the phone was so quick to take down the things that I needed and cut the call, I however had to call back only to have the phone dropped 3 times on me, I finally got frustrated and called back the 4th time to make sure the correct address is being noted for delivery only to find out that they have no stock of the medication, the lady asked for my number as she was going to speak to the pharmacist to ask if they have stock at the back, up till now no one called me to update me if they do have stock or not. If this were the case just inform customers not to use ur service if you not willing to provide the service you offering, Well I certainly will take my business somewhere else.

Terrible service - please avoid if you are able to. If they answer the phone, they kept you waiting for very long after they have not delivered the medicine they promised more than 6 hours after they received the prescription.

Total Absence of manners and service.Late morning, today, I was waiting at their dispensary to hand in a prescription. None of their 5 counters were occupied. Finally a woman , who had been on the phone for a while, noted graciously at me. Have you got time now?" I asked. To which she answered

The pharmacists and clinic staff are great and are always helpful. However recently the queues for the till have been very long and the staff manning the tolls have been slow. This ruins an otherwise good experience at this pharmacy.

Slow AF service even if there are no lines…unfriendly staff…always refer you to nearby Clicks or other pharmacies for medicine even though it is a hospital pharmacy

I have recieved the most amazing service here. The pharmacists are always happy to take the time to check your script for you or explain what generics they have. I've been using them for years.
