Bevan Printing

I contacted Bevan for a quote for my wedding stationery. After 14 days I still did not receive a quote. I mailed them 3 times after that asking for the quote. Still no quote. I would definitely not recommend them.

I’ve been using Bevan for years, and the quality is truly great (hence not a 1 star review). I’ve however noticed over the years that there has been some change in sales/client facing staff. I am thus fully aware that this might be an isolated event, but the event made me do more research and I found more suitable (and affordable) printer alternatives that I will continue to use in the future.My most recent experience (with Tracy) was something that I can write a whole essay on, detailing the lack of clear communication and (more importantly) expectation management. But I prefer leaving this conclusion: if you have small, niche needs (like wedding stationery), I would not recommend Bevan if you have a deadline. I would 100% recommend them if you have flexibility or bulk orders, as they naturally tend to prioritize these.
