Please don't bother supporting these stores.I bought two items from them online on 3 Jan, a chair and a rug. They forgot to bring the rug with the chair delivery.The chair was not the one i ordered and the rug arrived kinked!They refuse to arrange collection of the items for a refund. I have been battling since 12 January to get someone to collect the stock but was endlessly harassed with calls to make the purchase...

Leather Gallery at Clearwater Mall , poor(Rubbish to the exact)customer service. My parents bought couches 3 months ago and they still not delivered, there’s literally no explanation on why we haven’t got them, we always find the sales advisor who know zero information. We literally never find the manager, it either she’s off, on lunch, not available.

Just called head office in Durban. I wanted to speak to someone in sales.I was put through to three different people whose comment was huh"so I hung up. If your staff cannot even speak on the phone - why should anyone try to buy from your company."

Leather gallery has good quality products for different price ranges. Staff at Clearwater branch are friendly and helpful.We bought a cheaper set (Savannah corner couch) and although we love the couch, we noticed the cushions flatten pretty quickly (after about a month) and you end up having a slightly different seating position on each seat. Not major, but noticable if you sit on the couches daily.

Service is appalling!A good example of their appalling service - see the response from the owner to my original review.*) They choose to respond on social media within hours with incorrect facts, but fail to deal with their customers on a personal level.*) They fail to contact their customers when requested on various occasions;Purchased a couch but had to cancel the purchase the following day due to unforeseen circumstances.I had to make numerous calls to request a refund, was sent from pilar to post between Clearwater branch and head office, was treated with utmost disrespect and they made me feel like I did something wrong. I’m still waiting for the refund after 20 days and 12 phone calls.

Beatrice was excellent unfortunately Leather Gallery's delivery policy is pathetic.You have to pay the additional ridiculous delivery fee in order for the lounge suite to have a guarantee if not it won't be covered.

Top quality service. Very informative employees. Thuli was very helpful. She assisted us in best way possible.
