Our second day here and I can honestly say I would have not mind the unit if my daughter was not sick and we didn't spend so much time indoors. Everything needs desperate attention even the cobwebs when we walked in here on day 1. Table outside is broken and mold growing on the plastic dry rack that is probably from 1991. The beds are hard and uncomfortable and the linen so old they have holes in some of them. The owners of this unit clearly don't care as long as they get their money. The worst part is that they ask you for your credit card details for the damage you might cause, is this a joke? If there is anything left to break it would be a impressive. Reception offered to move us to a unit that is right by the street, so choosing between noise of the street or mold and general lack of any maintenance. It's scary to pay for something on a holiday you can only go on once a year and this is what you end up with. I am very disappointed. St Lucia is beautiful but will not recommend this place to anyone. Unit 57 NO NO NO. "

Great place to stay !If you do not have noisy children - woman knocking our door down to keep quiteNot a social drinker - no alcohol allowed on premisesNo smoking within 10 meters from building - worries about the hippo being met in the garden somewhere always to be kept in mindNo load speaking - have to whisperOn the day of our departure we were abruptly remind - with the presence of people outside our door that this unit was to be evacuated by 10h00 this morningNo extra time allowedWE were out of electricity the last night with total darkness and no backup lights - so bring your own torchesNo pets - the premises is overloaded with hungry cats

Unit 68, was extremely dirty, bathroom mats unwashed, loose hair next to the shower, the whole unit stinks and when I contacted their admin person, Hilton to move me to another unit, he refused and did not want me to change to another unit because he said units are 'individually flipping owned'. And he was very aggressive with me when I told him his sheets are dark brown instead of white, he didn't care about my concerns as a client, also a damn racist. I later received confirmation from my bank that a payment was deducted whilst I never spent a night to this unit coz I couldn't stand being sick because of that dirty environment... I would recommend this place to anyone at all, worse our personal information are not safe as he (Hilton) also asked me if I knew someone who was sleeping there, I think such is a breach of confidentiality....
