Ever since the change in management and renovations, the service has deteriorated. I had to wait for about an hour waiting for gas which was coming from the depot. I mean who plans like this when you expect many customers on a Saturday especially with changes in the weather? I was not impressed at all.

My go to place for gas in Bloem. Omega has got a big range on gas products for every occasion. I have found that they still have gas when others run dry. They have gone out of there way to provide me with gas even in times it seems impossible.

Strange that you cannot trade-in a 5kg gas bottle for a 11kg and pay the difference. Not very happy...

When I arrived there, there was a queue however I couldn't feel it because the service was so quick and smooth, and also the workers were so helpful since it was my first time there but I didn't feel it, I loved it

I got really poor service.- tooked a gas bottle in for service and waited a long time because they had not spares to fix it.- when I was there i ask someone to helped me because I wanted to know more about a pizza plate, but they totally ignored me.I will definitely not go back to Omega Gas.

When EFT, do keep a copy of your proof of payment. For whatever reason, misunderstanding between staff members... miscommunication between staff members... After days, I was informed that my payment didn't go through, I have to do payment again... But payment DID go through the first time and I have resend the proof of payment. No-one came back to me informing they did receive it originally. I had to followup myself. I cannot do business with a company that is not organised and professional.

I would say they r very I professional wen it comes to their employees.. 1 employee made their 1st mistake then they fired them without any warning or wats so ever I wouldn't recommend omega gas as a good idea to do business with. Bt some other employees gets warning before getting fired.

6 weeks ago,I filled up my gas,I had a 19kg but only 14 kg was available and the lady assured me it won't be a problem to get my 19kg back when I come and refill again but to my surprise they refused to give my 19kg back,the lady told me things changed,I told her they said I won't have a problem when I come back and ask to talk to the manager because the fellow workers agreed with me but very arrogant and rude she told me she's the manager and there's nothing I can do, needless to say I took my empty gas and left.Luckilly I found an amazing gas outlet who gladly exchange my 14kg for a 19 kg with no fuss.Omega gas and Lubricants gets a nice fat zero from me because they are crooks and their so called manager is rude and has no way dealing with clients.
