Took them two days to do an oil change as well as a 21 point safety check. Poor communication on the outcomes of the safety check. Will not be backEDIT: Also discovered a bad wheel bearing after leaving. Car was all over the road. How did they miss that? Not much of a safety check

Took my car to them for its first out of warranty service(60000kms annual) They sent me photographs of the parts that needed replacing together with a quote so I knew what I would be in for. Friendly courteous service. All in all a seamless experience.
