Professionals at what they do. Bit pricey but good quality. Need more staff as timelines are extended. All in all good experience being served here. Receptionist always very apologetic for everyones shortcomings.

The upholstery work done on my car was pretty good, and reasonably priced. Unfortunately whilst doing this they managed to disconnect most of the dashboard display, without offering to remedy this. Times/dates for the return of my vehicle were repeatedly not met. And no one had bothered to clean the car prior to my collecting it.

This is amazing the best upholsterers in Gauteng. If you are looking for quality work I recommend Champs upholsterers.

We had our BMW Z3 for some upholstery work by Champs, very eager to get business from us, so we gave them the go-ahead to get the upholstery sorted. When champs notified us the the car was ready for collection , on arrival we found that the workmanship was poor, most of the covers and switches were loose and not installed correctly, when we confronted the owner of champs about the workmanship he got arrogant. The vehicle was left there so that they can sort out the loose covers and switches, we were then notified that the vehicle was ready for collection. We collected the vehicle and on our way back to our house the car stalled, we then noticed that the negative battery terminal was never placed correctly and secured. I personally wont recommend Champs as they are unprofessional and have very poor workmanship.

Useless... what a bad experience. They dont no what they are doing. There administration are clueless. They first sent me an invoice which i paid... they then told me they made a mistake by apparently sending me the wrong invoice. On top of that they wanted to charge me R150 per day for keeping the car on the premises. When in actual fact it states on the invoice that its R100 after 7 days of completion of the vehicle. It hasnt even been 2 days... and they wanted to charge me. Truely unacceptable and such bad service.DO NOT GO TO CHAMPS UPHOLSTERY

If there was an option to give no stars I would. Very unprofessional in the delivery and do not stick to their commitments

They did a great job fixing my car's upholstery. It was a small job but it looks good as new. I did have to leave the car there for 2 days - just a note.

We have found the quality of Champs work to be extremely shoddy, untidy and unprofessional. We sent the car in to replace the roof cover. We had to return the car to them to improve their work - and we have to go to a different supplier to restart the work as the Range Rover looks older than when we sent it in.In addition to the poor quality of work, the team lacks professionalism and experience in their work. Our Range Rover's sunroof was damaged during the roof cover repairs.But more frustratingly, the 2 times the car was with them, our car battery was tempered with. The first time, they left the car lights for the week and had to jump-start it when I collected it (I switched the lights off when I got there as they didn't even notice). The second time, I waited for almost 2 hours while they tried to jump-start the car and failed. The result of them removing, unscrewing and replacing the battery resulted in the car needing to be loaded on the truck and taken to Land Rover for repairs. Champs's incompetency has cost over R20,000 repairs - and that excludes the broken sunroof.Champs is definitely NOT recommended. Poor quality of work, no value, unprofessional and incompetent team.

Avi is good and prompt with a nice manner. The guys did detail work that other car finishers quite close by could not or did not want to do. I recommend this place.
