Kashiefa who I have been in comms with since day one has been very helpful. I believe she does as best as she could with multiple ongoing items.

Never ever do any business with them. I currently reside in one of their properties. Greenfields corner complex to be specific. Their workmanship is horrendous, they use cheap material that keeps breaking. Getting repairs is a nightmare, their contact people (Kevin and Kashiefa) will not reply to messages, they can't even confirm when a contractor will be on site to assist with repairs. You are expected to be home indefinitely incase they are available. I'm currently waiting for a repaint.That other review about the wall falling was not a once off thing. In our complex we had a similar situation when the whole roof got blown away.I don't have enough time to list everything that's wrong with Zero2one properties.Oh, sometimes they switch off our water supply without informing the residents.

Please view photos, I stay next door to this developers new development. Their ENTIRE wall came crashing down on my garage roof!! Please share if you see this developer near you building, my kids could of been playing outside and get seriously HURT!
