One star is to much. Extremely pour service, even worse attitude from the dealer manager and service advisor. They are under staffed and use that as an excuse for bad service and delays

Best workshop service but their shuttle service is very disappointing. My car was done around 12h40 but their driver only came to pick me up at 15h10 in Nelspruit. They also need to train their Service Advisors to understand what is covered under their after market extended motorplans as at some point I was actually made to pay for work covered under the Motorplan I took out with Ford

It is a good place to be, but twice I took my car for fitment, it stayed there for almost a month, no courtesy car offered to me, oh.. Frustrated. especially by the person who supposed to help you, only to be told that she didn't know what to do
