Hate this terrible place. Shut this place down. These are thieves working here . I was robbed here by these owners. Is there not a zero star setting or a negative 5 stars

Terrible service today, went with friend to get her fingerprint scanner fixed on her phone, they first keep asking us to come back because they couldn't fix it and then today went in and they broke the screen. We gave them time to fix it only to come back with a totally different screen and them complaining because they had to pay to fix it yet they broke it. Left the shop with the phone and realized screen was different and front camera broken, hey at least the fingerprint scanner worked, but went back to them complaining to us and telling us we don't know what we are talking about. Unprofessional and came out with a phone worse than when it went in.

I bought ear pods here and it only lasts an hour after charge. The left one does not even last 30 mins. Took it back and the response I received from Usman was that there's no guarantee on them. How can you sell something like this with no guarantee? And then he still tells me that the manufacturer only makes them to last 1 hour!!!!

Had good service..friendly staff never had any problems with fixing of my phones.

Does not honor guarantees, lcd went faulty after 3 months.

I called in yesterday to get a quote on A screen replacement. I asked how long it will take and was told I could wait for it as it will be 15 minutes. I sent my wife with my phone as I was unable to go myself. She asked how long it will take and was told 30 minutes. She had the kids with her prepped to go to the beach and decided to get a few things for the outing at Pick n Pay. She was away for more than an hour, when she returned they were still busy and the tech had a bad attitude. Long story short, it took 3 hours for a 15 minute job. I would have appreciated if you guys were honest from the outset. We could have left the phone there and picked it up in the afternoon. Honesty and professionalism goes a long way.Now let me get to the job that was done... I'm not impressed with the job at all. So much glue on the sides that wasn't cleaned off. I was told this is a original LCD. I just hope it really is. Time will tell.Would I recommend this place..... ABSOLUTELY NOT!2 days later my pnone started doing funny things. I took it to Vodacom in Canal Walk. R4600 to repair because this cloun shop messed up my phone.

I went into Nextech this morning to have my screen replaced. It was done in 3 hours. Great service. Gave me a good price too. Would recommend this place for repairs to cell phones etc

Do not come to Nextech in Tokai to fix anything on your phone. Your time will be wasted going back and forth due to faulty parts. Technician rushes to get things done and makes mistakes like breaking your phones original LCD (which was replaced with sub-par parts) and phone came out with more problems than it went in with. I needed my fingerprint scanner replaced, ended up with a dull LCD screen and the front camera wasn't connected properly (yet again more time wasted and added frustration by having to go back again) and my phone no longer registers wifi networks. So basically they put me in the position of having to buy a new phone instead of fixing the problem.
